Brilliant service, turn up under 10 minutes and sort the lock out under 20 minutes, the barrel of the lock was stuck, so change of barrel and set of new keys.

Locks changed on front door and new, safer type of lock recommended and installed.
James was punctual and very professional and polite. Gave us some really good advice about the safest lock to get and when he didn’t have the right part he ordered it and came back at the weekend to fit it at no extra cost. A really lovely guy, would highly recommend!

Replaced lock after a burglary
James was absolutely brilliant, we were burgled and the insurance company locksmith could not come out today as we could still use the lock, James came out 1 hour after calling him and his quote was still under the excess from the insurance. We upgraded the lock to anti snap and the lock had additional features which are excellent. Clean, efficient work and excellent customer service. First time I have used Checkatrade, would definitely use James and this site again. Thank you James, we feel so much safer now you have sorted out our security.

Removed a lock, fixed a door lock, and improved lock security.
Great job by locksmith, really nice person to deal with. Very cold day, but he worked tirelessly outside to complete the job. Also improved the security on our property by advising that old locks should be replaced and completing this efficiently. Very trustworthy chap.
