My front door would not lock and appeared to be jammed. Fault found and issue resolved..
My front door would not lock, called and arrived within 30 minutes, James assessed the door and it was found to be a plastic strip was jamming the door. I felt a bit silly over calling him out however he did not charge me anything. The chap was pleasant, efficient and honest and I will definitely recommend and use him again in the future.

Replacement locks for 2 pvc doors.
James came within an hour of phoning, he had all the tools and fittings for the job and explained clearly what he would do to replace our old locks with more secure and up to date ones. He was quite happy to show us what he was doing and explained as he went along. We had every confidence in his work and professionalism. How refreshing to have a polite, caring and proficient tradesperson. Highly recommended, if every tradesperson matched this standard, we would have no worries about having jobs done!
