Fixing broken lock when I was locked out
Great service. Friendly and very helpful. Came quickly and provided good explanation of the problem and options for fixing. Easily rectified the problem. Really grateful for his service.

New lock installed
I called James regarding problems we were having with our lock, although this wasn't urgent James advised he would be with me within an hour which I was over the moon about, I think he even arrived early which was fantastic! James was thorough, professional and most importantly was able to get the job done. I'd highly recommend!

French Door gearbox broke, couldn't unlock or open either door
Good work. Friendly, open approach. Turned up on time, assessed the issue. Managed to get the door open without damage. Inspected everything and explained what he was doing, and what needed to be replaced. Popped of to get the bits, returned exactly when he said he would and finished the job. Also advised on additional security, without being pushy and we did purchase an additional device from him. Which was well priced so all fair enough. Like I said, he left it open and wasn't doing a hard sell by any means. Good work, completed on time. Would use him again.
